Home/Services/Hosted PBX Phone Systems

Hosted PBX phone systemsYour phone system, minus the closet.

TELMOVE Hosted PBX puts your whole phone system in the cloud and keeps the parts you actually touch on your desk. We port your numbers, program every extension, install the phones and support it for as long as you have it.

A hosted PBX does everything an old phone system did, and a good deal more, without a box on the wall to maintain. Calls ride your internet connection, features live in the cloud, and adding a user takes minutes instead of a service call.

What you get

  • Auto attendant, ring groups, call queues and time-of-day routing
  • Voicemail to email, call recording and call reports
  • Desk phones, cordless phones and conference phones, programmed and labeled
  • Mobile and desktop apps so your extension follows you
  • Multi-location systems with four-digit dialing between offices
  • Analog ports for fax, door phones, paging and elevator lines

How a cutover works

1. SurveyWe review your current lines, phones, call flow and internet connection.
2. DesignWe map every extension, greeting and ring group with you before anything changes.
3. PortWe file the number port with your current carrier and schedule the cutover.
4. InstallPhones go in pre-programmed. We test inbound, outbound, transfers, voicemail and 911.
5. SupportAdds, moves and changes are a phone call or a portal request away.

Already have a phone system? We support every major brand, legacy and VoIP. You can move to TELMOVE Hosted PBX all at once, one site at a time, or keep your existing system and let us support it.

Questions we hear

Will my internet connection handle it?

We check before we sell. If your connection is not right for voice, we will tell you and quote a connection that is, from whichever provider serves your address best.

Can I keep my phone numbers?

Yes. We port your existing local and toll-free numbers and schedule the cutover so callers never notice.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Calls can fail over automatically to cell phones, another office or voicemail. Many clients add a cellular backup connection.
